one ten park : a working space is located in a well-trafficked community in the downtown core at 110 Park Street West (corner of Park and Pellisier). one ten park is offering a sublet to an artist for $330 per month plus utilities. The available space can accommodate up to two artists, therefore the sublet cost may be split ($165 x 2).

one ten park is not a gallery or an open market for art and is a working space. Artists are free to use their space for private sales. Doors remain locked and opened for individual appointments. Utilities are shared by all artists working in the space.
