The Arts Council Windsor & Region team offer grant writing consultations for creatives of all disciplines. As a not-for-profit arts service organization, we strive to connect folks with the resources they need to see their projects to fruition.
How do the consultations work?
Consultations are 1 on 1 with an experienced staff member for a 45 minute session. The team member will go over application strategies, budgeting, proposal writing and additional resources tailored to your creative practice or project. Consultations can be in-person at ArtSpeak Gallery or online through Zoom.
How to book a consultation?
Members of ACWR are eligible for 2 free consultation sessions as a benefit of their annual membership.
Non-members can book a consultation at $35 a session.

How should I prepare for my meeting?
The ACWR team needs to know about you and your project in order to provide the best consultation possible. A minimum of two business days before your meeting, please provide support materials via email to info@acwr.net . This should include an explanation of your project, goals or grants you are aiming towards, and information about you as an artist. While we may provide information and links following the meeting, please come prepared to take notes during your session.
