LEARN ABOUT CAREERS IN THE ARTS!

Postponed until 2022

Cultural Industry Day is a full-day workshop and learning event for Grade 11 and 12 high school students. This workshop provides a look at careers within the field of creative arts, careers that range from being a practicing artist to someone who facilitates arts and culture within their region. This annual event offers students an engaging discussion with a panel of local creative professionals each with different backgrounds including; music, literary arts, visual arts, design, and the performing arts. Following the discussion, students will have the opportunity to see demonstrations and to participate in activities organized by professional artists and creatives.
