Stephanie Barnhard
SecretaryStephanie Barnhard is a community arts administrator and arts promoter, who has been serving as President of Windsor Endowment for the Arts (WEA) since 2019. During her time at WEA, she has overseen the distribution of $87,000 in art grants to 33 artists and creatives in Windsor-Essex. For her efforts, she was recognized as a “Windsor Community Champion” by the Mayor of Windsor in 2022.
She holds a B.A. in Film Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan.
