Robert-David Jones

American born, curator, cultural producer, and arts consultant Robert-David Jones has worked at the intersection of art, culture, and social justice for over a decade. After launching Untitled Detroit in 2014, Robert-David was invited to lead the acclaimed Red Bull Arts Detroit residency program as project manager in 2015, and public programs manager in 2017. Following his work with Red Bull, Robert-David was selected to participate in the Salzburg Global Forum for Young Cultural Innovators at Schloss Leopoldskron in Salzburg Austria in 2019. Upon returning to the US , Jones’ advocacy continued and he was invited to participate and lead several pandemic projects with cultural organizations across the country including Blavity, Reboot PBS, Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MOCAD), and a commission with Culture Surge & Harness, to produce a series of trilingual, rapid response non partisan public art pieces, aimed at informing and guiding elderly, marginalized, and formerly incarcerated individuals to the polls.
