Rebecca Mckenzie

Rebecca McKenzie (she/they) is an artist from Windsor, Ontario. In 2017, she graduated from the Visual and Creative Arts program at Sheridan College and as of spring 2021, she completed her BFA
in Visual Arts at the University of Windsor. Rebecca is an interdisciplinary artist, who loves to
explore new mediums. Her most recent work deals with themes of personal identity and
self-discovery. Classifying herself as both Indigenous and queer, she uses her art-making as a
vessel to help bring awareness and advocate for both social and political injustices facing both
communities.
