Jessica Rachel Cook

Jessica Rachel Cook, is an Oji-cree who’s family is from Constance Lake First Nation and Bkejwanong First Nation and if from the Wolf Clan. Jessica is a formerly trained fine artist who works with traditional and contemporary mediums, photography and multimedia to create original and custom works of art, promotional and marketing materials for online, print, film and television. Jessica’s work reflects her cultural heritage, the effects of colonization and the strength and resilience of First Nations people. Jessica graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honours Bachelor of Fine Art and a Bachelor of Education and is presently working towards her Master of Education at the University of Windsor. Jessica also is a producer, production designer and educator who enjoys outreach initiatives with local communities and group art projects.
