Join Mary Jo Mullins and Christine Paris in a unique workshop experience as they combine the creative arts of contemporary movement and painting with you. Beginning with a somatic and creative movement practice, facilitated by Mary Jo Mullins, you will be taken through a cycle of activation from Conscious Bodies Methodology™. You will explore mindful movement inspired by the elements of earth and water. As you relax your body, open your heart and free your mind you will be invited by Christine Paris to create colourful expressions of your soul through the mediums of watercolour paint and paper.
Wear comfortable clothing to move in.
Bring water to drink.
Bring a meditation pillow to sit on.
