Artists will be selected by a volunteer citizen Jury through a two-stage process. Stage 1 will involve a concept and design proposal. Artists selected for Stage 2 will be given the opportunity to consult with engineering and electrical consultants engaged by the City of Hamilton to assist them in developing a detailed proposal for public consultation and final adjudication.
Shortlisted Artists completing a Stage 2 submission will receive a $2,500 honorarium.
