Peartree is an established local company producing ceramic impressions for people and their pets. All impressions are personalized and handmade step-by-step in an intimate production house environment. Our high demand production studio is looking for the right personality to join our team as a touch-up production artist.
This position is full-time Monday to Friday and requires someone who thrives on detail, precision, and consistency. Applicants must have a strong sense of colour, confident in their fine painting skills, and handling of precision tools. They must be able to and enjoy working with their hands in the completion of repetitive tasks. They must have an excellent eye for detail, express a positive attitude, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and independently in a team based environment.
Position Requirements
- Full-time availability.
- Background in ceramics.
- Strong color theory.
- Attention to detail is considered critical.
- A team player who is able to communicate and work independently.
- Able to perform repetitive and detail orientated tasks (including a steady hand and excellent eyesight).
- Must help entertain studio cat coworkers.
