Public Art Management is Canada’s leading public arts consultancy firm. In addition to developing public art plans and managing projects from planning through execution, the firm also works in the highly specialized health care field.

Artwork developed for the healthcare environment is more important than ever and there are highly specialized requirements surrounding its design, subject matter and how the art works to create a more welcoming, safe and comfortable environment for patients, workers and visitors.

If you are a professional artist interested in being considered for future opportunities to work with design teams, health care providers and other specialists, we invite you to submit your credentials to this call. This program is directed to artists who are resident in Ontario.

Kindly submit the following as a single pdf:

  • A current CV and contact information (not to exceed 5 pages)
  • A one-page letter of interest permitting us to share your submission with future health care design teams.
  • Up to 7 images of recent artwork including the medium, size, title, price and a description of the idea.

The intent of the call is to create a pool of artists who can be drawn on to collaborate with designated design teams on future art in healthcare facilities.

Submissions will be closed at 5:00 PM ET, on August 25, 2021.
