What opportunities do you believe Windsor-Essex has to grow our art, culture and heritage sector?
Promote art, culture and heritage days in our community. Close streets for craft sales etc. Invite grade school children to participate in art, culture and heritage events. Having younger children recognize the value of such events is key to growth.
How do you propose to attract or retain artists and cultural workers in your community?
Allow those in the community to sell, promote and advertise their craft.
What role do you see for arts and culture in the promotion of the region both as a destination for tourists and as a place of permanent residence for youth, families, and retirees?
We need to have good arts and cultural events / festivals to aid in attracting visitors.
