Call for crafters for Advent Crafters’ Market and Cafe at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 10 am to 3 pm. The church is located at 1215 Parent Ave. Windsor , Ontario N8X 4J1.
There are a limited number of tables for rent available:
- One table/space is 5″ by 10″ at $35.00
- Two tables/spaces at $50.00
- There is WIFI and electrical plug access available
Application Details:
- Please send a description of items to be displayed/sold
- Include your business name, total tables/spaces
- Send payment for tables/spaces preferably by e-transfer to trinitywlutheran@gmail.
com, or pay by cheque to Trinity Lutheran Church to the church address listed above
Please remit payment by September 30, 2025, so that your table/space is secured
Important Times:
- Set up starts at 8 am, Saturday, November 29th or make other arrangements in advance
- Take down no earlier than 2:45 pm, Saturday, November 29th
There will be parking on both sides of Parent Avenue except in front of Prince Edward School and on parts of Giles Blvd.
You may drive to our fellowship hall back door via the alley off Parent Avenue to load and unload your wares and equipment. The door will be attended.
