Eligibility & Entry
This exhibition is open to ALL (adults and children) amateur photographers. Enter 8X10” printed photographs ONLY (no frame or mat) in the categories/themes of:
1. Abstract (close up, odd colours, things, digital…)
2. Weather (sunset/sunrise, storms, night, clouds…)
3. Architecture (ext./interior buildings, stairs, doors…)
There is NO limit on the number of entries. A non-refundable entry fee of $10 for LAC members and $12 for non-members will apply for each photograph entered. The entry fee includes professional matting of each photograph (yours to keep after the exhibit), judging in the contest for a chance to win, plus all photographs entered will be displayed in the exhibit in January.

1st Place – 18” x 24” print ($95 value)
2nd Place – 16” x 20” print ($79 value)
3rd Place – 10” x 14” print ($57 value)
*choice of canvas or dry mount to form core printed by SPEEDPRINT
People’s Choice – Your photo custom framed by Framing by Anna ($300 value, votes tallied at end of show)
Jurying
Entries will be judged objectively by a jury of local professional photographers on the basis of creativity, visual impact, technique and relevance to the category/theme. Digitally enhanced entries will be judged together with analogue (lm) entries. Adults and children will be judged together.
Printing & Labelling
All photographs MUST BE PRINTED ON 8×10” PAPER ONLY. Please do not email digital images, or drop off prints on canvas, other materials, or in other sizes as they will not be included in the exhibit. All photographs MUST BE LABELLED ON THE BACK. with Name, Title, Category and Sale Price using the included labels. Please cut out and tape on back of each ahead of time. Sales
All sales will be handled by the LAC. A commission of 25% for LAC members and 30% for non-members will be collected on all sales. If not for sale, write NFS on the form and label.
Delivery & Pick Up
Delivery and pick up is the participants responsibility. All work must be delivered on or before the date listed in the schedule. Late artwork will not be accepted. Artwork not collected within 6 months of the exhibit end will become the property of the LAC.
