This is your chance to be heard and share what you think of Windsor-Essex County as a place to live, learn, work, play, and grow. Vital Signs is an annual community check-up conducted by Community Foundations from across Canada that measures the vitality of our cities, identifies significant trends, and assigns grades in areas critical to our quality of life.
