Hosted on the last Sunday of each month, AWE holds a safe creative space that brightens up the weekends of countless people in our community in a time where we need connection most of all. Each workshop begins with a well-being check-in, followed by a meditation, a slow-looking art exercise, and an art-making activity.

Sunday, December 31, 2023 on Zoom

Join us for a heart warming gathering, as we reflect on our transition from 2023 into 2024 – an important time to look inward and focus on what truly matters.

Have you ever noticed that this time of year can be a time of deep reflection, yet also somewhat daunting when we face the analytics and inventories of what is and isn’t working in our lives?

This session aims to move out of the logical mind and into the felt sense to navigate where we are currently at and where we may be headed. This will be explored through a reflective imagery experience.

Tara Mohr describes that we often enter the beginning of a new year with “answers” opposed to asking really good questions. We think “this is what is needed to make positive change in my life”, and may not leave the spaciousness of possibility! This session will focus on how we can enter the new year with great questions – that shine a light on areas that may need our attention! The questions we ask point our mind in completely different directions – so let’s get curious about what we want to illuminate and how we can step into this new year in a curious, expansive way!

We are so grateful and excited to be able to connect during this very special time, and hope you will join us!
