Public Reception celebrating
Metamorphosis: VABE students’ 3rd year exhibition
SoCA Gallery
Armouries, 37 University Ave East, downtown Windsor
Metamorphosis is a showcase of each participating individual’s growth as architecture students in the Visual Arts and the Built Environment (VABE) program, throughout the three years they have completed thus far. Pieces include visual arts focused media such as charcoal drawings and watercolour paintings as well as architecture focused projects developed during design studio classes.
“VABE students are fortunate to have two opportunities to formally exhibit their work: once in first year and then again upon graduation,” says Prof. Jason Grossi, architect, and program coordinator. “It is always a celebratory experience for students and a demonstration of their accomplishments throughout the course of their study.”
VABE Students featured:
Rees Cameraon, Elena Moamar, Alexane Chiasson, Spencer Jovanovski, Lexy Lacobelli, Vishmith Kumarasinghe, Tyler Hearn, Fredo Shtjefni, Megan Kavanaugh, Logan Gillingham, and Sophia Sabelli.
