KIDS March Break Virtual Writing Workshop – The Power of Imagination

As an artist, the most valuable thing you have is your imagination. It transports you into other worlds that, at first, only exist in your head. It’s important to treat your imagination as it were a precious garden – you have to seed it, water it, and cultivate it. One way to do this is through meditation and visualization. Meditation and visualization are like super-food for your imagination garden!
In this 1.5 hour virtual workshop, Zoe will guide you through visualization meditations that will help spark and fire-up your imagination. She will teach you how to connect with your mind through calm, mindful meditations that you can use anytime you’d like to zap your imagination to life!
This workshop is for kids aged 9-13.
KIDS PREP: Kids will need a quiet place, comfy clothes and a comfy pillow or blanket.
