Celebrate the end of summer with uproarious laughter at the Brewing for Comedy Festival, taking place from August 29 to September 2nd in Windsor, and the grande finale, Brewing For Comedy BEST of the FEST. This highly-anticipated event, sponsored The St. Claire College Alumini, The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association, and other pillars of the comunity, the brings together top-notch comedians from all across North America for an unforgettable series of showcases in the heart of downtown. The show will be recorded and portions will be featured in the upcoming documentary “Rose City Comedy,” a deep dive into the rich history and promising future of stand-up comedy in Windsor.

Headliner: Mayce Galoni

Mayce Galoni is a Canadian comedian now based in Los Angeles, who has performed on Just for Laughs, Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, and MTV. He was a writer and correspondent on 3 seasons of CBC’s This Hour Has 22 Minutes. His album can be heard regularly on SiriusXM, and it was nominated for Comedy Album of the Year at both the JUNOs and the Canadian Comedy Awards. Mayce just moved to LA and you can check him out on his recently released Don’t Tell Comedy taping, or look out for his upcoming DryBar Comedy Special.

Hailing from Metro Detroit, Justin Divozzo is a blue collar factory worker who finds himself blowing off steam on stages all across the Midwest. He has performed at Mark ridleys comedy castle, the laugh factory, the funny bone and the emerald theater, delivering his blunt observational humor of the world around him as he tackles subjects like dating, work, and being a father. He also runs a charity called “Crossroads Comedy” where he has raised money for foundations such as backpacks for kids, wounded warriors and most recently Gleaners food bank of Detroit. Make sure to check out Justin Divozzo at a show near you or many of the shows he does in metro Detroit, he simply does not disappoint.
