Windsor Celebrates ART’s Birthday, a FLUXUS EVENT created by Robert Filliou, on July 17th. In 1963 Filliou dropped a sponge in a bucket and declared the 1,000,000 anniversary of ART’s birth. One ten park: a working space has created a Window Display and a Poster, REPEATEDLY TIPPING MY HAT (A Performance Created by Reed ALtemus) for the Pandemic Year 2022 Celebration. Our Windows are always OPEN. Posters will be mailed to all who Tipped their Hats.
