Join Windsor poet Vanessa Shields, and Halifax poet Margo Wheaton as they engage in a poetry reading and discussion in celebration of their new poetry collections, Thimbles (Palimpsest Press) and Wild Green Light (Pottersfield Press), respectively. Both Shields and Wheaton write from the roots of the heart which are deeply attached to family, home, identity, land and love. They will read from their books and engage in a dynamic discussion.
