Phoebe Findlay
Administration and Outreach CoordinatorPhoebe Findlay (she/her) is a Windsor-based visual artist and arts administrator whose practice is rooted in traditional oil painting. Her work engages with the histories embedded in domestic architecture, using large-scale canvases to evoke memory, quiet tension, and the unspoken narratives held within everyday spaces. She is currently the Administrative and Outreach Coordinator at Arts Council Windsor & Region.
Findlay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts with a Minor in Applied Information Technology from the University of Windsor.
