Call for submissions is open until November 29th.
Prints, pottery, paintings, CDs, jewelry, artist multiples, photography and more — we want to show it all!
All participating artists must be members of Arts Council Windsor & Region.

Artwork Submission Form Deadline: Friday November 29th, 2024*
*artists must have given ACWR staff a completed form by this date, no artwork drop offs if you have not completed a form.
Art Drop-Off: Sunday December 1st, 2024 (11am-3pm)
Exhibition Duration: Tuesday December 3rd – Friday December 13th
Reception: Friday, December 13th, 2024 (6pm-8pm)
Post-Show Artwork Retrieval: Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 (1-5pm), Wednesday December 18th (1-7pm)
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:
General:
– Open to all ACWR members
– All forms of artwork are welcome (ie. CDs, books, multiples, jewelry, sculpture, photography etc).
– Artworks must be no larger than a 24” x 24” x 24″ box.
– All work must be priced by the artist
– All artwork must be for sale (Participating artists agree to receive 80% of proceeds and the ACWR receives 20% for administrative costs).
– LIMIT OF 3 PIECES PER ARTIST
Sales:
– Sales will be completed at the end of the exhibition period. Smaller items such as prints, multiples, jewelry may be carried out at time of purchase.
– Pick-up/Drop-off of sold work will be organized at the end of the exhibition period, artists will receive an email with further instructions
– Participating artists agree to receive 80% of proceeds and the ACWR receives 20% for administrative costs.
Arts Council Windsor & Region reserves the right in its sole discretion to decline any works it feels does not meet the above criteria.
