Migration Community Hall at 170 Main St in Kingsville is set to return to River City with its revival of MUSIC MAN in CONCERT with three performances only over Migration Festival weekend:

Friday Oct. 14 & Saturday Oct. 15 at 8pm and a 2pm matinee on Sunday Oct. 16. Doors open for General Seating 1 hour prior to performances, with free on-site parking.

Admittance is by donation (suggested $15) at the door – cash and/or etransfer to migrationhallmanager@gmail.com Patrons are also encouraged to bring non-perishable items and/or monetary gifts for local not-for-profit groups Project Hope/Harrow Food Pantry and Kingsville Community Food Bank.

Norm Ross returns to Migration Hall, this time as the show’s Director. The musicians and vocalists of the Music Express show band with Beth Dykeman conducting, and Patti Hopper as Musical Director join local talent in telling the story of this family friendly classic:

When Harold Hill, a traveling con man, arrives in River City, he convinces the locals to start a band by purchasing the uniforms and instruments from him. His intention is to flee as soon as he receives the money. Librarian Marian Paroo suspects Harold is a fraud but holds her tongue since her moody brother, Winthrop, is excited about the band. As Harold begins to develop feelings for Marian, he faces a difficult decision about skipping town!
