Working with CMHA Windsor-Essex, and professional arts therapist, artist and reiki master Ainslee Winter, the AGW presents art workshops and activities over ZOOM to participants in support of their mental health and overall wellbeing. The AGW seeks to improve the mental health of participants by teaching new skills through art-making and art appreciation as a way to engage with others and manage social isolation.
Requirements:
– The program is FREE and open to all
– A microphone and camera-enabled (optional) computer, tablet or smartphone, earphones with a good internet connection.
– The program will be delivered via the video conferencing app Zoom. Please download prior to the event.
