FLUTTER FEST a Community Migration Celebration! Flutter Fest takes place at multiple locations on Pelee Island from September 12th – 14th, 2025. All events are free to the entire community! SEPTEMBER 12: Witness En Plein Air artists paint all over the island (in collaboration with Shö Art, Spirit, Performance). SEPTEMBER 13: Noon: mural unveiling & meet artist Allison Ware at the West Dock Pavilion. En Plein Air painting continues…SEPTEMBER 14: Noon: En Plein Air judging & awards at the Pelee Island Winery Pavilion. 2pm: Puppetry workshop at East Park Campground with artists Matthew & Denise Romain. 6pm: Entr’acte an intersectional experience performed by Sound Poet Deanna Radford & electronica artists Marshall Dragun & Zhaoyi Cai.
