As the evening unfolds, we’ll move inward, allowing sound, stillness, and the quiet energy of the New Moon to guide relaxation, renewal, and reflection. This experience is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for what’s ready to emerge.
The somatic sound bath uses calming frequencies and vibration to support the nervous system, ease tension, and invite relaxation into both body and mind. No experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you into rest and renewal.
