A selection of paintings from Anastasia Adams and photographs from Jack Bortolin (a fun mother/son collab!).
Anastasia’s paintings explore themes of place and connecting oneself to the natural world by using light, movement, and energy within a variety of contexts. Delving into and abstracting images from natural landscapes and organic form, her paintings are predominantly acrylic and mixed media on canvas.
Jack’s photos are snapshots of city life from a pedestrian’s point of view exploring landscape, perspective and spaces often overlooked without regard. He slows down time and pauses in soothing compositions that reframe seemingly mundane or casual moments and offers viewers a second glance.
A closing reception will be held on Friday May 1st from 6-9pm, all are welcome.
