Mark Laliberte is a Windsor-based artist/writer/designer/curator with an MFA from the University of Guelph. His art works have been exhibited in galleries across Canada and internationally — including The Power Plant, Nuit Blanche Toronto, the Art Gallery of Windsor, CoCA Seattle, Exposure Gallery UK, Thames Art Gallery, Narwhal Contemporary, and countless artist-run centres. Laliberte curates the experimental comics site 4panel.ca, and edits the hybrid art/lit mag CAROUSEL. He has had poems and pageworks appear in publications big and small, including Ink Brick, Poetry, prairie fire, Prefix Photo, subTerrain and Vallum. Recent publications include asemanticasymmetry (Anstruther Press, 2018), BookBook (above/ground, 2018) and Explosive Comic (Swimmers Group, 2019). Laliberte is also a member of MA|DE, a collaborative writing entity, whose debut book of poetry, ZZOO, is forthcoming with Palimpsest Press.
