High Key | Stephen Nilsson

“High key” is an evolving exhibition that explores the style commonly known as high key, which is characterized by white background and bright lighting with minimal shadows. The artist will be set up in the space photographing portraits in the evenings and hanging the results of these sessions the next day in the gallery space.
The week will culminate in an open workshop from 2-5pm Saturday July 11. People are encouraged to bring in their cameras and a model so they can experiment making portrait using the space and studio equipment.
