Advanced level classes for strong dancers & Conscious Bodies for all – FREE
Advanced level classes will complement and enhance your current dance training and education. They will provide wonderful opportunities to develop and maintain connections to professionals in the industry, leading to potential performance engagements. Conscious Bodies will improve your overall health, well-being and physical fitness, while engaging your artistic sensibilities.

Class with MARY JO MULLINS:
All participants are welcome to experience this rejuvenating sensory awakening artistic practice known as Conscious Bodies. This nourishing movement experience will facilitate self-expression through Mary Jo’s creative guided direction. You will make connections to your environment and other participants and learn to listen to your body while exploring what it needs. These classes will greatly benefit all types of participants, from non-dancers to professionals.
Class with ANH NGUYEN:
Advanced dancers, take a contemporary dance class with Anh where interesting phrasing, use of time, flow and lyrical qualities weave through your dancing at the barre, in centre or across the floor. These classes are traditional in nature and dancers can expect to experience elements of ballet and modern techniques such as Limon and Graham.
Class with LOUISE PAQUETTE:
Advanced dancers, come improve your dancing with these physically challenging and technically demanding contemporary dance classes. Class with Louise is a dynamic experience that emphasizes the importance of phrasing. Her style is based in Limon technique and the Travelling Technique created by Denise Szykula, where dancers can expect to practice traditional technical elements while travelling across the floor.
