Korda Artistic Productions Announces Ciao from Extension Korda Summer Youth Program

 

(WINDSOR, ON) – Extension Korda Productions is excited to present its original collaborative production, the charmingly surreal drama, Ciao. The show runs August 14 and 15, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. both nights. Tickets will be available at the door and are available Pay-What-You-Can. Both performances of Ciao will take place at The KordaZone Theatre at 2520 Seminole Street in Windsor.

This imaginative anthology explores identity, love, loss, and personal triumph. Ciao is a series of vignettes exploring the transitional moments that define life – hellos, goodbyes, and everything in between. These moments are integral to all our lives, and each writer drew from their experience of change to create a piece for the collection. Together, they form a shared tapestry of stories reflecting the complex ways people move through change – whether that is accepting a difficult truth, confronting one’s identity, or lamenting unrequited love; Ciao comments on the existential shifts we remember most.

This original production features writing by Extension Korda’s Canada Summer Jobs employees. This program, supported with funding from the Government of Canada, has given students from across Windsor-Essex the opportunity to explore various aspects of daily theatre operations, including direction, stage management, performance, costume design, technical operation, and education.

Gianluca Ieraci directs the show, with Hannah Gault as producer. The cast features Arshia Zaman, Eliot Grona, Jess Foster, Josephine Cormier, and Joslyn Robitaille.
