In June 1967 the Gibson Gallery first opened the doors of the historic Michigan Central Railroad Station in Amherstburg “to encourage and foster cultural development in the fields of fine arts and applied arts”. The Gallery, a registered charitable non-profit organization, is open to the public free of charge and is entirely operated and maintained by the volunteer Board and and Gallery members. This exhibit honors the 50 years it has supported the artists and artisans in the area through its various guilds and exhibits. Come celebrate with us!
