Join Vanguard in celebrating the end of their Vanguard Arts & Wellness Program 2025, with a culminating exhibition at ArtSpeak Gallery! This display features both original artworks by Vanguard members & results from workshop participants, all artwork centred around art & wellness, and the healing benefits of the creation process.

This purpose of this program was to create a welcoming environment for youth (ages 16 -29), and to explore topics of mental wellness awareness through creative activities that offer an outlet for emotions, and a opportunity to reflect on experiences.

We hope you are able to join us on Friday, February 20th from 5-7pm, for the closing reception!
