Windsor is the oldest continually inhabited settlement in Ontario, it is and has been a meeting place of nations for thousands of years. The region and its diversity continues to increase, and this growth is an undeniable part of our identity. Arts Share Panel asks, How can we ensure that our programming, services, and organisations reflect a multicultural community?
Community-based organizations that represent both Windsor and Hamtramck will discuss the importance and significance of inclusion, in both the services and programs they offer; exploring the important role grassroots organizations play in connecting marginalized and other communities through the arts.
Who is this panel for?
Anyone who is interested in the arts as part of culture and heritage, including audience development, decolonization, and community arts.
