PULSE.pelissier is a new downtown Windsor street festival series celebrating music, art, culture, wellness, food, and community in the core. For our inaugural event on Sunday, July 27, we’re seeking vendors, artists, makers, vintage sellers, record dealers, community organizations, wellness practitioners, food vendors, and creative entrepreneurs to join us on Pelissier Street between University Avenue and Chatham Street.
PULSE.pelissier is designed to showcase local talent, support small businesses, activate public space, and bring positive energy to the downtown core through a full day of programming featuring DJs, live music, art, food, wellness experiences, and community engagement. The event is part of a larger seasonal series aimed at creating a recurring cultural destination in the heart of Windsor.
