The Ford City BIA is looking for unique food suppliers, maker vendors, licensed beverage vendors, musicians and entertainers for our annual event, Dropped on Drouillard.
Dropped on Drouillard can be described as Windsor’s only all-day urban street and culture festival in the heart of Ford City. This festival is packed with events and attractions such as mural painting, live music, a classic car show, and more! Over 5,000 people enjoyed Dropped in 2024, and we expect the same turn out for 2025. Many of our 2024 vendors had their best day in sales to date!
When: August 16, 2025 from 11am until 10pm (Set up will begin around 9:00am). Please note that vendors must leave their booth set up for the full duration of the festival.
Where: The event will include a street closure that will take place along Drouillard Rd. between Trenton St. and Richmond which houses 20+ of Ford City’s most iconic businesses.
Cost: $150 for the day per vendor.
Licensed Alcohol vendors are $500 for the day and must provide a COI.
Musicians / entertainers will be compensated for their performance. More information will be shared upon selection.
The vendor application will be open until March 16, 2025 and all applicants will be notified of the results of their application within the weeks following the deadline. Please note that the vendor payment will be due within 72 hours of acceptance notification. This deposit is non-refundable. Please fill out the required fields below.
