📣 Call for Board Members 2025–2027

Artcite Inc. is looking for new Board members who value artist-run culture in Windsor-Essex and want to actively support the work we do. This is a working volunteer role with responsibilities that go beyond monthly meetings.

Joining our Board of Directors is one of the most meaningful ways to support our mandate. Board members provide leadership, oversight, and hands-on volunteer support to ensure Artcite remains a vital space for artists and audiences. If you share a passion for contemporary art and community engagement, we invite you to bring your time, skills, and perspective to this work.

Who we’re looking for:

→ Practicing artists
→ People with skills in fundraising, finance, law, HR, community organizing, or nonprofit governance
→ Mature, reliable volunteers who are proactive, accountable, and able to lead or contribute to committees
→ Individuals committed to strengthening Artcite’s mandate and its work in our community

What’s involved:

→ 8–10 hours per month
→ Monthly in-person meetings
→ Actively serving on at least one committee
→ Participating in fundraising initiatives
→ Attending major events and representing Artcite in the community
→ Working with integrity in the best interest of the organization
