We invite Windsor/Essex County artists to submit to this eclectic size-themed show – all works are juried and must be 30″ x 30″.

ORDER A CANVAS OR WOOD PANEL – $100 plus HST.

30″ × 30″ Pre-gessoed canvases and Baltic birch panels are available for purchase. *You must order your painting surface from the gallery and submit that same one to the show, in order to

particiate.

Price includes $20 submission fee. Order as many as you’d like. *We show one piece per artist at a time, and will rotate your artwork if you submit more than one, so they all get a chance to shine.

How to order:

• Stop by the gallery.
• Call in CC info over the phone.
• E-transfer $113 including HST to [email protected], and specify whether you want a panel or canvas.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• You must be a resident of Windsor/Essex County to participate
• All artwork must be dry to the touch when dropped off – no exceptions!
• There will be a maximum listing price of $3000 per piece
• You dont need a hanger on the back.

• The artwork has to be signed on the back with full name printed clearly.
• The artwork has to be for sale when it’s in the show.
• The artwork cannot be framed.
• No “adult only” subject matter will be accepted.
• Please paint the artwork in a traditional square shape (no diamonds).
• weight ot artwork can not exceed 4 pounds.

• All artwork must come from a smoke free environment.
